Assistant Stage Manager (1462)
To support the upcoming Matilda The Musical UK & Ireland Tour, we are looking for a team of Assistant Stage Managers to join us from July 2025 until February 2027.
As Assistant Stage Manager you will ensure that effective and efficient support is in place for the whole of the tour and contribute to the smooth running of performances and rehearsals.
To be suitable for this role, it is essential that you have:
- Experience as an Assistant Stage Manager in professional theatre
- An understanding of other theatre departments and resident creative team
- Adaptability and good organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
Applicants must have an understanding and practical knowledge of the principles and safe working practices in all areas of touring theatre.
This position is offered as a full time, fixed term, touring contract up to 18 months, commencing in July 2025 and ending in February 2027. There are 8 shows a week over six days (Tuesday to Sunday).
