This is a fixed-term contract to cover family leave, expected to run from December 2026 until around December 2027.

At the heart of the accommodation service, this role ensures residents are accommodated safely, comfortably and efficiently. Working closely with colleagues across Accommodation, Estates, Planning, Company and Stage Management, as well as external landlords and suppliers, you will coordinate accommodation allocations, resident communications, tenancy administration and financial processes to help deliver a high-quality service.

  • Working collaboratively with colleagues, landlords, contractors and suppliers to resolve issues and continuously improve service delivery.
  • Organising cleaning and accommodation changeovers to ensure properties are ready for incoming residents.
  • Supporting accommodation sourcing and maintaining accommodation databases and records.
  • Processing invoices, raising purchase orders and supporting payroll administration.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Excellent administrative, planning and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience working in a busy administrative environment.
  • A true commitment to customer care with strong communication skills.
  • The ability to prioritise a varied workload and the confidence to problem-solve independently.
  • Experience within property, accommodation, lettings or the arts sector would be advantageous, but is not essential.

This role is a full-time, fixed-term position, working 35 hours per week and will be based in Stratford Upon Avon.
